Its services aim to realize a “free and vibrant human society” for individuals. LTS by Palette is a project selected for NEDO's (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) 2024 “Management Personnel Acquisition Support Project for University-Spun Startups (MPM)”. Its purpose is to discover future technologies being researched at universities and other institutions, facilitate matching with management personnel (individuals participating as founders or executives), and under the MPM project's objectives, create and grow startup ventures through Palette, ultimately building a regional startup creation model. To address the project's challenges—the lack of recruitment channels for management talent and the need to promote understanding of the project's overall vision and progression steps—a dedicated webpage was launched. This webpage introduces the project overview and incorporates an application form for management talent, attempting to resolve both issues. Additionally, web advertising was implemented to enhance awareness among potential management talent. Since one project goal was to match management talent with research institutions to implement research outcomes in society, the way to express the concept was focused on “Palette = a place where colors are mixed to create new ones.” Furthermore, as the website also served to recruit management talent, it was designed with the insights of the target audience in mind—individuals seeking to challenge themselves in new business ventures—and aimed to convey passion and a spirit of challenge.

企業の変革と成長を支援するコンサルティング会社。企業、官公庁、NPOといったさまざまな組織の“変革の支援”を通じて組織のみならずそこに所属する個人の成長をも支援し、個人の“自由で活き活きとした人間社会”の実現を目指してサービスを提供している。 LTS by Paletteは、NEDO（国立研究開発法人 新エネルギー・産業技術総合開発機構）の2024年度「大学発スタートアップにおける経営人材確保支援事業（MPM)」に採択された事業。 大学等で研究されている未来技術を発掘し、経営人材（発起人または経営者としての参画をする人材）とのマッチングを進め、MPM事業趣旨の下で、Paletteではスタートアップ事業の創出・成長を行い、ひいては地方のスタートアップ創出モデルを構築することを目的としている。 この事業における、経営人材募集の告知媒体がないこと、事業の全体像と進行ステップの理解促進を図りたいという課題に対して、Webページを公開。事業概要の紹介をし、経営人材の応募フォームを搭載することで、2つの課題の解決を試みた。 また、経営人材に対する認知度向上を図るべく、Web広告を実施した。 経営人材と研究機関とのマッチングで研究成果を社会実装することがプロジェクトの一つのゴールであったため、コンセプトの「パレット＝色を混ぜ合わせて新しい色を生み出す場」の表現にこだわった。 また、経営人材募集の助けとなるためのWebでもあったので、新しい事業経営に挑戦しようとするターゲットのインサイトを考え熱意や挑戦心が伝わるデザインで訴求。
